1 lb small red potatoes {about 12}, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
in large bowl toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoning
place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet
roast potatoes at 425 for 20-25 minutes {tossing once} until golden brown and tender
