3 (12 oz) packages white chocolate chips
2 tsp peppermint extract
1 box candy canes, crushed (use less or more depending on how much peppermint you desire)
melt chocolate chips in a double boiler
remove from heat
fold in peppermint extract and crushed candy canes
pour mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
place in refrigerator until cool
break into bite-sized pieces
