Roasted Chicken & Potatoes

1 whole chicken
6 potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
Rotisserie seasoning

place diced potatoes and onion in 9x13 pan
place chicken on top of vegetables
cover chicken and vegetables with Rotisserie seasoning
roast at 350 for at least 2 hours {or until chicken is cooked through}
