1 small onion, chopped
1 cup frozen corn
2 (14 oz) cans Rotel
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 lbs chicken breasts, thawed
2 cups chicken broth
3 tbsp tequila (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream
salt to taste
place onion on bottom of crock pot
add corn, Rotel, and garlic
place chicken on top
pour chicken broth over chicken
cover with lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours
remove chicken, shred, and return to crock pot and stir
add salt to taste
serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips
